Before you begin, make sure you have the Serial Number(s) of the product(s) you are returning available – you’ll need to enter them in Step 2 of this form.

If you are trying to return an order which hasn’t shipped yet, please use this cancel order form instead.


Did you allow for proper burn in?
If you want to unlock your speakers’ best potential sound then we recommend a period of around 40 to 50 hours of at least mid-level playback to break-in your speakers properly. If you think something may be defective with the product that would affect the performance and would like to have the product replaced, please contact our Support Team:  Support


We’ve tried to make our returns program as painless as possible!  Keep in mind though – once you begin a return you’ll need to act on it as you’ll need to proactively ship back your product(s) within 10 days of completing this form or risk having to start another return request (and potentially miss your 30 day audition window).

  1. Complete this form
  2. Print the packing slips and shipping labels from your return and affix them to each box
  3. Ship them back via Fedex (unless providing your own labels for a different carrier)
  4. Once we receive it, we’ll either issue your store credit or refund – whichever you choose when submitting your return

For options where Audioengine provides prepaid shipping labels (via Fedex) we generate one shipping label per originally-boxed product (a speaker pair would receive one prepaid label). Disclaimer: In cases of multiple return items, you may find better rates if you can ship all items bundled together.
