Thank you for choosing Audioengine! We get it, sometimes you order something that you don't need. Or, perhaps the product isn't quite what you expected. Fortunately, at Audioengine, our return process is easy and hassle-free. Unopened/like new items purchased directly from our website can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or a credit that can be used towards future purchases. Did you allow for proper burn in?

If you want to unlock your speakers' best potential sound then we recommend a period of around 40 to 50 hours of at least mid-level playback to break-in your speakers properly. Our goal is for our listeners to be 100% satisfied with our products, so we're sorry to hear your order wasn't everything you expected. If you plan to order a replacement product, we're happy to offer you full merchandise credit for use on future purchases once the return process is complete. Just select the return option labeled 'Store Credit' and we will issue you a printable *FREE Prepaid Shipping Label* to send back your order. If you prefer a full refund, please select the appropriate return option and a credit to your original payment method (minus return shipping costs, if applicable) will be issued once we receive and process your return. Please note that if a Promotional Discount or Credit was applied to your order, the amount of the Promo Discount or Credit will be deducted from your refund. Thanks!
