30 Day Audition

Listen for 30 days. Love it, or return it for a full refund.

Purchase any Audioengine product from our online store, try it out, and if you’re not completely satisfied with the great sound and excellent looks just send an email to support@audioengineusa.com within 30 days of delivery for return instructions. After you receive an email back from us, return the product in its original packaging in like-new, undamaged condition with all included accessories and we’ll give you a full refund of your product purchase price; please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.

Please note that the Audioengine 30-day audition period starts the day the order is delivered, and applies to products purchased directly from our US online web store only.

For 30 Day Audition returns, we do for ask you to cover shipping to us. It’s important to note that we’ve covered the shipping costs to send your order to you and don’t charge any restocking fee, so the refund would be for the full purchase price.

So what’s the best way to ship the product back to you? 

It mostly depends on the item your shipping.  Smaller items like DACs and Wireless adapters can often be shipped the cheapest via USPS.  On larger items like Speakers and Subs, UPS or FedEx are usually more cost effective.

You’ll get the best rates by going to the respective carrier’s website creating a free account and printing postage directly from your computer. We suggest trying to resist the urge to drive down to a local store and have someone print the postage or pack the item for you, unless you don’t mind paying a bit more for the convenience; stores will usually mark up postage, and will either bill you directly for the labor of packing the item or will offset this cost by marking the postage/packaging up even more.

I don’t have the original box- what now?

For 30 Day Audition returns, we require you use the original packaging. We are unable to offer a refund for products without the original packaging
