Ordering
Information
Order Processing
Orders are filled Monday through Friday excluding US holidays.
If your order is received before 9AM PST, it will generally
ship the same day. If an order is placed on a holiday or weekend
it will be shipped the following business day.
Order Status and Tracking
After an order is placed you will receive an email verifying
that your order was received. Once your order has shipped,
you will receive another email with the tracking number. You
can then track your order on the UPS
website. If you do not receive an email
from us with your order status or tracking number, please
check your email spam folder as our emails may have been mistakenly
delivered there.
Out of Stock Items
We’re growing and learning how to manage our inventory,
but we do occasionally get caught and run out. Products that
are out of stock will be noted on the product ordering page
along with an estimated date when the item will be back in
stock. You’ll have the option to be notified by email
when the product is available or to go ahead and place your
order. Please note that we cannot legally hold credit card
information, so your card will be charged when you place an
order on an out of stock product.
International Orders
For all orders outside the US, please check the resellers
page for a list of Audioengine retailers
and distributors in your area.
Shipping
and Returns
Standard shipping
FREE UPS Ground is provided for orders shipping to addresses
in the continental United States. Products are generally delivered
in 3 to 5 days from our North Carolina warehouse. For shipping
rates to Hawaii and Alaska please go to the product ordering
page.
Express shipping
Overnight and UPS 3-Day Select shipping services are also
available for orders shipping to addresses in the United States.

Risk-free Audition
Try out Audioengine speakers for 30 days, risk free. This
means that if you want to return your speakers purchased directly
through the Audioengine website for any reason for the first
30 days from the time they were received, we will refund the
full price of the speakers.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed
We sincerely hope you get as much enjoyment from our products
as we've had creating them, but should you have a problem
or are not happy with any Audioengine product for any reason
send us an email:support@audioengineusa.com.
We will work to do everything we possible can to resolve any
issues that come up.
Audioengine
Warranty
All Audioengine speakers and electronics have a 3-year warranty
on parts and labor from the date of purchase. Your warranty
is automatic, so there is no need to register.
What is covered
All defective parts or faulty workmanship.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse,
abuse, neglect, lightning, power surges, other acts of nature,
unauthorized product modification or repairs, or failure to
follow the instructions outlined in the Setup Guide.
What we will do
We will repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable
amount of time and free of charge any time during the warranty
period. After service, we will be responsible for shipping
the product back to you at our expense.
What we ask from you
Please email for a Return Authorization number before returning
any product for repair. Also please provide a phone number
with your email. You will be responsible for shipping or transportation
charges to us. We recommend that you keep the original shipping
materials, as it is important that you package the product
so that it will not be damaged during shipping. Audioengine
cannot be responsible for any damages incurred during shipping
due to poor packing, so please pack well and make sure to
insure your shipment.
How to obtain Audioengine Warranty service
If you have any questions about your warranty coverage, need
help, or you think you may need service, email the Audioengine
Authorized Service Center at: support@audioengineusa.com.
We will do everything we can to answer your questions and
resolve any issues in 24 hours or sooner.
Exclusive Remedy
This Limited Warranty is fully transferable provided that
the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase.
THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF AUDIOENGINE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT
SHALL AUDIOENGINE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
