Ordering Information
Order Processing
Your order will be filled within 1-2 working days after it is received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. If an order is placed on a holiday or weekend it will be shipped the following business day.
Order Status and Tracking
After your order is placed you will receive confirmation emails verifying that your order was received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number. If you do not receive an email from us with your order status or tracking number, please check your email spam folder as this is where they generally end up.
Out of Stock Items
Products that are out of stock will be noted on the website. Please note that you are still able to place orders for these items. Your order will be processed as soon as these items are available. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
International Orders
For all orders outside the continental US, including Hawaii and Alaska, please check the resellers page for a list of Audioengine retailers and distributors in your area.
Shipping & Returns
Standard Shipping
FREE ground shipping is provided for orders placed to addresses in the continental United States. Your order will generally arrive in 3 to 5 days after shipped from our North Carolina warehouse. Shipping rates for express or overnight options can be found on the product ordering page. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed. For more information regarding your order while it is in transit to you, please contact the carrier with the tracking number.
30 Day Audition
We feel we've created products with the sound, features, and overall quality of systems priced much higher. Purchase any Audioengine product from our online store, try it out, and if you're not completely satisfied with the great sound and excellent looks just contact us at support@audioengineusa.com within 30 days of delivery for return instructions. After you receive an email back from us, return the product in its original packaging in like-new, undamaged condition with all included accessories and we'll give you a full refund of your product purchase price. Please note that the Audioengine 30-day audition applies to products purchased directly from our US online web store only.

Audioengine Warranty
Period
All Audioengine products have a 3-year Limited Warranty on parts and labor from date of purchase. Your warranty is automatic, so there is no need to register. This Limited Warranty applies only to Audioengine products purchased in the contiguous United States from an authorized Audioengine reseller or direct from www.audioengineusa.com. For Limited Warranty coverage elsewhere, please contact your Audioengine dealer, reseller, or distributor.
What is covered
All defective parts or faulty workmanship.
What is not covered
The Audioengine Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive moisture, lightning, power surges, other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification or repairs, or failure to follow the instructions outlined in the Setup Guide.
What we will do
We will repair or replace any defective parts, at our option, within a reasonable amount of time and free of charge any time during the warranty period. After service, we will be responsible for shipping the product back to you at our expense within the continental United States.
What we ask from you
You will be responsible for shipping or transportation charges directly to Audioengine or to an authorized dealer. We recommend that you keep the original shipping materials, as it is important that you package the product so that it will not be damaged during shipping. Audioengine cannot be responsible for any damages incurred during shipping due to poor packing, so please pack well and make sure to insure your shipment.

If products are purchased from a US reseller or via direct from our online store and shipped outside the Continental US, the customer is responsible for shipping back to our service center in the US at their expense.

We will do everything we can to answer your questions and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Exclusive Remedy
This Limited Warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase and that the serial number on the product is intact. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF AUDIOENGINE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AUDIOENGINE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
